Digital Element’s IP Intelligence Delivers Targeting Capabilities to Interwoven’s LiveSite

ATLANTA – (December 3, 2008) – Digital Element, the global leader in IP Intelligence and geotargeting technology, today announced its partnership agreement with Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Digital Element provides its NetAcuity® IP Intelligence technology to customers of the Interwoven LiveSite®..

Launched in September, the latest release of Interwoven LiveSite allows companies to define online customer segments and dynamically automate the delivery of targeted content to the right audience segments, creating a more dynamic and engaging online experience for customers.

By adding Digital Element’s IP Intelligence technology to LiveSite, Interwoven customers are able to further segment and target site visitors — both known and anonymous — based on geographic information includingcountry, state, region and global city-level location information and connection type. This type of advanced targeting enables customers to fine-tune the delivery of dynamic, targeted and interactive content and deliver a high impact online experience for anonymous site visitors.

“Our goal was to empower customers to engage and connect with online visitors through the delivery of relevant and compelling content,” said Seth Rosenblatt, vice president of product marketing at Interwoven. “Digital Element is the leader in the IP Intelligence space, and the company’s technology helps our customers deliver one-to-one versus one-size-fits-all content to their online users.”

Already used by the world’s leading ad servers, publishers and marketing technology providers, Digital Element’s IP Intelligence and geotargeting technology has been independently verified to be more than 99.99 percent accurate at a country level and up to 95 percent accurate at a city level worldwide. It can also provide information such as user latitude and longitude, domain, ISP, connection speed and type, home/business, company name and proxies instantly based solely on a user’s IP address.

“Our IP Intelligence technology allows Interwoven customers to build deeper online relationships with site visitors, even if those visitors are anonymous,” said Rob Friedman, executive vice president, Digital Element. “Interwoven has really stepped up to the plate in terms of leveraging unique technologies to deliver the most value and impact for its customers and their end users.”
