IP Intelligence Leader Adds New Business Development Executive and Two Sales Directors

ATLANTA – (February 5, 2008) – Digital Element, a business unit of Digital Envoy and the leading provider of IP Intelligence solutions, announced today that it is expanding its team to meet the growing demand for its NetAcuity solution.

The announcement comes on the heels of a strong year for the business unit, which has experienced 16 consecutive quarters of growth and continues to add to its impressive client list which includes some of the world’s largest networks, enterprises, websites and emerging technology companies.

Frank Bobo joins the Digital Element team as Vice President of Business Development, bringing more than 15 years experience of domestic and international business and operational leadership to the role. In his new position, Bobo will lead Digital Element’s international direct sales, partner channel management and strategic alliances. He previously held senior business development positions with Landmark Communications and Marakon Associates. He also served as a logistics operations officer in the U.S. Navy.

Also joining the Digital Element team as Sales Directors are Justin Skogen and Daniel Gutierrez. Skogen will focus on vertical markets including retail, e-commerce and service organizations, leveraging his previous sales management experience for companies including Uniloc USA, Knovel, and PaymentOne Corporation. Gutierrez will focus on the software, pharmaceutical, government and education markets, bringing more than 10 years of software sales experience to the team. He previously held sales management positions for companies including NameProtect, GenuOne and Siebel Systems.
