Vice President, Operations / General Manager, International
Frank is Vice President, Operations / General Manager, International and leads Digital Element’s international direct sales and operations, partner channel management and strategic alliances. He brings more than 15 years experience in business development and operational leadership to the role. Prior to Digital Element, Frank was Director of New Ventures for Landmark Communications, a diversified media and communications company, where he led efforts to identify, acquire and grow Internet advertising and marketing businesses. Prior to Landmark, Frank was an Engagement Manager with Marakon Associates, a global strategy-consulting firm, where he worked closely with the executive teams of Fortune 200 clients to develop and implement profitable growth strategies, including the development of broadband strategy for a major UK telecommunications provider. Frank also served as a Logistics Operations officer in the US Navy for five years and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
